Inconsistent room features between different accommodations!!! Thin walls between rooms leading to noise disturbances!!! Poor signage visibility making it hard to find the entrance!!!

Couple's great little getaway

the staff were superbly cute right from check-in, Aleksander went above and beyond giving us a map with all the great spots on it. the room was spacious enough with a comfortable bed, I actually had a great night's sleep every night.

it wasn't exactly a bargain but for the quality and service it was certainly okay.

The location was outstanding, just a short walk from major historical sites. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially with local recommendations, making our stay enjoyable. However, the breakfast options were quite limited and basic, and the room felt somewhat cramped despite being clean. There's also a downside with noise levels, particularly if you're close to the reception area.

Nice hotel with great Wi-Fi, helpful luggage storage, and friendly staff. I remember when they returned my forgotten earpods during my first stay. I highly recommend this hotel for your next trip!

The food scene nearby is a gastronomic delight! Est Est Est is a must-try, serving finger-licking pasta that’ll make you embrace Italian cuisine like never before. Also, don’t miss the sweet ambiance at HEspresso for a caffeine kick! And shoutout to Leo, the fantastic receptionist who made our stay more enjoyable.

The bathroom vibes were a buzzkill with its tight spaces and moldy tile gaps. Plus, the noise from the reception kept us up, and the shower situation fell short, making it hard to enjoy that classic Italian relax.

The location was ideal , but be prepared for some street noise. The staff provided excellent recommendations and took time to explain the map of the area in detail. The room was clean , modern , and well-equipped for our needs.

Incredible stay with helpful staff!

The location here is fantastic. I walked easily to attractions like the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, giving great local recommendations. My room felt cozy and was nicely decorated. Wi-Fi worked well, and I loved how clean everything was. However, I noticed the noise from the reception disturbed my sleep at times. The shower didn't quite meet my expectations. it felt cramped and could use some updates. Despite that, I enjoyed the overall vibe and hospitality of the place.

I cannot believe how misleading the photos are! My partner and I were shocked when we arrived, as our room was much smaller than advertised. The uncomfortable bed and tiny bathroom made for an awful stay. Plus, the noise from the street kept us up all night. This place is definitely not a three-star hotel. it felt more like a bad joke.

We had such a great time with friends! The location was awesome for exploring and we visited the Colosseum and Spanish Steps easily. Our room was clean, and the staff provided helpful tips for getting around. One highlight was the lovely café nearby where we grabbed breakfast daily. Excellent location and amazing staff!

I stayed for 5 nights in a Double Room, and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Rome. The staff went above and beyond, especially Valeria and Leo, who provided great maps and recommendations that made our sightseeing effortless. The hotel was extremely clean with daily service, and I appreciated the coffee facilities in the room. One small drawback was the breakfast area being in a hallway, which could use a bit more ambiance.
